Terms of Use
Last updated: April 18, 2026
Agreement
By accessing or using ArcStax, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
ArcStax is operated by ArcStax, Inc. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the platform.
Use of Service
Permitted use
You may use ArcStax to discover, compare, and build AI tool stacks for personal or commercial projects. You may fork and customize published stacks subject to the limits of your plan.
Prohibited use
You may not use ArcStax to scrape or systematically extract content, reverse-engineer any part of the platform, submit false or misleading information, or violate any applicable law or regulation.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately at hello@arcstax.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Content
Curated stacks and model data published on ArcStax are owned by ArcStax, Inc. User-generated content (stacks you create) remains yours. By making a stack public, you grant ArcStax a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content on the platform.
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful, inaccurate, or inappropriate.
Paid Plans
Paid plan features are not yet available. When Pro launches, billing terms — including pricing, renewal, refund policy, and cancellation — will be displayed at checkout and incorporated into these Terms of Service.
Free tier limits (such as the 10 saved project cap and 3 daily AI analyses) are subject to change with reasonable notice.
Disclaimers and Liability
ArcStax is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that model data and fit scores are accurate or up to date.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ArcStax, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes and Contact
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the revised version here with an updated date. Continued use of ArcStax after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
